Terms of use.

These terms apply to blackcoremedia.com and Blackcore-hosted tools and intake experiences on this domain. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Information and marketplace role

Blackcore Media, LLC is a media, information, marketing, lead-generation, and routing company. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Blackcore Media is not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, credit bureau, or credit-reporting agency and does not make credit decisions.

Funding intake

Blackcore funding-intake tools help organize business financing needs for internal review and potential matching against verified financing pathways. Completing a Blackcore intake does not constitute a loan application to a financing provider, guarantee eligibility, promise approval, establish financing terms, or require any provider to make an offer.

An initial Blackcore funding-intake submission does not authorize Blackcore to release your information to a lender or financing provider. A separate authorization may be required before provider submission.

Your information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, account passwords, identity documents, tax returns, or other high-risk application documents through Blackcore's initial funding-intake forms.

Third-party providers

If you later choose to proceed with a third-party financing provider, that provider controls its own application, underwriting, approval, pricing, terms, disclosures, privacy practices, and servicing. Blackcore does not control a provider's credit decision or guarantee the provider's products or performance.

Compensation and commercial relationships

Blackcore may receive compensation from certain partners for qualified referrals, funded transactions, account openings, or other agreed commercial outcomes. Compensation may vary by partner or product. Blackcore's participation in a commercial relationship does not guarantee that a product is appropriate for every user.

No professional or credit advice

Site content and intake tools are provided for general information, organization, comparison, and routing purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or individualized credit advice.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, submit fraudulent or automated requests, scrape restricted systems, impersonate another person or business, or use the site in violation of law.

Availability

Blackcore may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue a site feature, intake flow, provider connection, or routing method. Blackcore does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular financing provider will remain available.

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Blackcore's services and operating practices change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
