Blackcore Media, LLC operates blackcoremedia.com and certain shared Blackcore media, lead-generation, comparison, and routing infrastructure. This notice describes information practices for blackcoremedia.com, including Blackcore funding-intake pages hosted on this domain.
Information you provide
If you contact Blackcore Media, we may receive your name, company or organization, email address, matter category, subject, message, and other information you choose to provide. We use that information to review, route, respond to, secure, and maintain appropriate records of the inquiry.
Funding-intake information
If you use a Blackcore funding-intake page, we may collect business and contact information needed to understand the financing request, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, business state, industry, time in business, approximate annual revenue, requested amount, intended use of funds, timing, self-reported approximate credit range, and—when applicable—equipment type, condition, purchase price, seller type, and down payment.
Blackcore funding intake is not a credit application and Blackcore Media does not make credit decisions or promise approval. The initial funding-intake submission is stored by Blackcore for internal review and does not, by itself, authorize Blackcore to send your information to a lender or financing provider. Provider submission requires a separate authorization where applicable.
Information not requested through funding intake
Do not submit Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, online account credentials, identity documents, tax returns, or other high-risk application documents through the Blackcore funding-intake forms. If a financing provider later requires those materials, the provider should collect them through an approved secure process.
Source and attribution information
When a funding request originates from another Blackcore property, Blackcore may preserve limited source and campaign information—such as the originating property, page, category, campaign, placement, and a Blackcore click or lead identifier—to measure the request lifecycle and reconcile partner outcomes. We do not place the body of a funding request into advertising URLs or ordinary analytics events.
Website operations and security
Standard technical information may be processed by hosting, security, database, and analytics providers to operate the site, protect systems, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and measure performance. Funding records are maintained in access-controlled Blackcore systems and are not intended to be publicly readable.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that support Blackcore website, hosting, security, database, and communication functions; within the Blackcore organization when needed to administer the request; when required by law; or when necessary to protect rights, users, and systems. Funding information is not sent to a lender or financing provider from the initial Blackcore intake unless the applicable provider-release authorization and internal routing controls have been satisfied.
Blackcore Media does not sell funding-intake information as a standalone list of personal information.
Retention and deletion
Blackcore retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including administering a funding request, maintaining consent and audit evidence, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, reconciling partner transactions, and meeting applicable legal, accounting, contractual, or security obligations. Blackcore maintains an internal retention and deletion schedule for funding records. Certain non-personal or minimally identifying audit records may be retained after a lead record is deleted when needed to demonstrate deletion, consent history, transaction reconciliation, or compliance.
Your choices
You may contact Blackcore Media with a privacy or deletion request concerning information associated with blackcoremedia.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification and to records Blackcore must retain for legal, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Separate properties
Blackcore-owned or operated properties may publish additional privacy notices for property-specific practices. When a property routes a visitor into a Blackcore-hosted funding-intake page, the funding-intake practices described here apply to the information submitted on that Blackcore page.
